Our Mission is to empower our community by serving marginalized and disadvantaged groups.
We create opportunities through our programs to improve quality of life with events, mentorship, training, job opportunity, workforce development, environmental justice, education, Mental Health, Health and wellness, and more.
Mentorship
We mentor Women and Young girls. With a focus on Music and Media we advise, guide and assist our mentees every step of the way.
Education
We offer classes in Music Business, Filming, Marketing, Job search and Interviewing,
Entrupeneurship
We teach students how to start a business and offer advisory and resources throughout the process.
Mental Health
Mental Health is important and so we include Mental Health practices and resources for those in need.

Community
Queenality Cares offers a safe space for women and young girls to connect and collaborate creating a place to build community of women.
Environmental
We believe in taking care of our Planet. And so we created a program encouraging and promoting recycling goods, proper disposals and reducing waste as much as possible. ​
Events
We produce, host, and collaborate on local events to help create platforms and opportunities for our members and mentees.
Food & Nutrition
We create access to food for low income families. Our events and programs provide free food to children, senior citizens, young adults, and homeless persons.
We believe in the potential of every young woman and girl to define their future and change the world. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to empower them to embrace their true selves and realize their capabilities.
